SALES ENGINEER
The Sales Engineer duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Provide pre-sale technical support to the team.

Develop relationships with customers and provide a high level of support suited to each customer’s requirements.

Knowledgeable of all the technical aspects of ESC products to demonstrate their capabilities to assist in project development from the beginning.
-
Review drawings, specifications, standard requirements, and other documents related to project design to ensure that products are applied appropriately.
-
Develop promotional tools using his technical expertise to stay up to date with competitors from a technical perspective to drive effective strategy against the competitors.

Detailed understanding to the requirement of the team, customers, and shareholders to help develop a strategy to effectively sell against the competition.

Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
-
Must be willing to travel within the territory to promote ESC products and to provide project support.

Must be able to adhere to ESC’s QHSE policies, procedures and demonstrate willingness to maintain the ISO standards.

Conduct Product Presentations

Develop clear and effective written proposals.

Create and maintain adequate documentation.

Healthy and able to travel nationwide within the territory.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

With working experience in the related field.
